These terms govern your use of the website expatinsurance.ee (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Expat Insurance Brokerage OÜ, registry code 17416288, registered office Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia ("we", "us").

By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Website.

2. Regulatory status

Expat Insurance Brokerage OÜ is currently applying for registration as an insurance broker with the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority, Finantsinspektsioon.

The company is not currently providing insurance-distribution services or accepting insurance applications. Services will begin only after the required registration has been completed.

Nothing on the Website is an offer to arrange, sell, or advise on insurance. Any description of services on the Website describes services we expect to offer after registration.

3. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about Expat Insurance Brokerage OÜ, its planned services, and its regulatory status. It is not a quotation, comparison, application, or purchasing tool.

4. No advice

Content on the Website is general information only. It is not insurance, legal, tax, medical, or financial advice and does not take account of your personal circumstances. Do not rely on it to make decisions about insurance cover. Seek advice from a registered insurance intermediary or other qualified adviser before acting.

You may contact us by email at team@expatinsurance.ee. Email is not a secure channel. Do not send us passwords, payment details, or other information you would not want disclosed. We cannot accept insurance applications by email while our registration is pending.

7. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, layout, and any logos, are owned by Expat Insurance Brokerage OÜ or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
